She arrived to our meeting on time and had already researched our neighborhood comps including worksheets detailing accurate closing costs, market value of our home, how long it would take to sell it. We followed her instructions for improvement and had a ratified contract in three days. Brooke responded to our requests and questions almost immediately. She worked hard, long hours on our behalf at every step from looking for properties to the closing table. Brooke showed us 10 properties in one day and had market analysis sheets for properties we were interested in within a day. Her understanding of the buying process was evident in the speed and accuracy in which she prepared contracts and addendum's for us.
